Transient burning or stinging, numbness/altered taste, mouth irritation, dryness, rash or local allergy (rare)

Do not use if allergic to salicylates/aspirin, lidocaine or other local anaesthetics. Use with caution in children, in patients with bleeding disorders, asthma sensitive to NSAIDs, or if taking blood thinners. Avoid contact with eyes; do not swallow large amounts. Stop and seek medical advice if ulcers persist >7 days, are recurrent, or if severe swelling, breathing difficulty or widespread rash occurs.

Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) may increase bleeding risk if significant salicylate exposure occurs; other NSAIDs/salicylates (additive effects); class I antiarrhythmics (e.g., mexiletine) or other local anaesthetics (additive lidocaine toxicity if excessive use)

Store below 25°C, tightly closed. Protect from heat, light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
