Use with caution in liver disease, kidney disease, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and asthma/COPD. Not recommended for self-medication in young children; consult a doctor for pediatric use. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist >3 days, high fever, rash, breathing difficulty, or severe sore throat occurs.
