Nausea, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, allergic reactions (rash/itching)

Use with caution in people with known allergy to papain/papaya or fungal enzymes. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist, you have severe abdominal pain, vomiting, blood in stools, or suspected ulcer/intestinal obstruction. Use caution in bleeding disorders or if on blood thinners (papain may increase bleeding tendency).

Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel), other digestive enzyme supplements, medicines that irritate the stomach (may worsen gastric discomfort)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
