Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. Use with caution in liver disease/alcoholism (risk of paracetamol-related liver injury), high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, and asthma/COPD. May cause drowsiness—avoid driving/operating machinery if affected. Do not exceed dose or combine with other paracetamol-containing medicines. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist beyond 3 days (fever) or 5–7 days (cold) or worsen.
Drug Interactions
Alcohol (increases liver toxicity and drowsiness), other paracetamol-containing products, warfarin/other anticoagulants (with prolonged paracetamol use), MAO inhibitors and some antidepressants (with decongestants/antihistamines), sedatives/sleeping pills and opioids (increased drowsiness), antihypertensives (reduced effect with decongestants), other sympathomimetics (risk of high BP/arrhythmia)
